Basic vs Custom Business Cards

We have two packages available, the basic business card and the custom one. Basic business card package is great if you already have a general idea of what you want. you provide the logo, color palette and anything else you want on the card we do the layout. Custom business cards can include creation of logos, graphics or other elements. With the custom option, we can also design a few choices for you and then mail you actual sample cards.

How will I receive the cards?

We focus on the graphic layout and design of any card, not the printing of cards. You can choose whichever printing firm you wish and request to have as many cards printed as you desire. We use industry standard applications of either Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator. We will provide you with both the layered Adobe file and a pdf file. Most printing firms will accept Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator files; for those firms which do not, they typically will accept Adobe .pdf files. We also provide a textual layout file specifying which colors and fonts were used for your business card layout and design.

I have a number of employees who need their own personalized cards

Our standard practice is to create the original prototype business card layout and design and then to provide you with that card design in two formats, including both with and without any name and any title shown. The original prototype business card with the name and title shown allows you to see where the pertinent name and title information should be inserted. Your chosen printing service will then be able to insert whatever names and titles you require. If you use an online printing service such as VistaPrint, all you need to do is upload the business card file and then add in any specific names & titles.

If you would like us to create comprehensive files for each of your employees to include their respective names and their titles, that can be arranged. You would be responsible for the exact typing of the names and titles so be sure to proof the file before you submit it to your chosen printing service.
